  Wizard 101 is a virtual world that is dedicated to wizardry and online adventures.  The makers of Wizard 101, KingsIsle Entertainment, Inc, announced that the closed beta is finished for the game and the public beta testing is open.  

   

  The game was initially intended for pre-teens and teens, but it looks as if it has gained the attention of other audiences as well.  Don't feel foolish for having a fake rubber wand stored in your closet; even gamers over twenty years old have been participating in the beta testing.

   

  You can expect solid game mechanics and a magnetic whimsical environment from Wizard 101 online gaming. Players online can work together on adventure quests and they greatly benefit from working with others. Younger gamers will be safe behind randomly generated names and a safe chat system. Older, more experienced gamers can still relish from the fun the PvP Arena.

   

  Players are given many opportunities to customize their wizard during gameplay. Players can upgrade outfits, equipment, pets, and play mini-games.
