Stupid Consumers Bought Wii Music |
![]() |

Remember how we said that Wii Music was lame and that no one wanted it so therefore they bought Rock Band instead? Well apparently I was wrong and I didn't realize that consumers don't know what they want, they just buy crappy games.
The 2008 NPD numbers are in, and Nintendo ended up with five of the top 10 best-selling games (that's half, kiddies). For some ungodly reason, the retardedly stupid Wii Music was a... success. It sold over 865,465 in North America. Granted, that number alone didn't guarantee it a spot in the top 10 games but it's absurdly close (35th best selling). With that game alone, Nintendo made over $41 million.
865,465 in one continent? Dear God.
