Square Enix Moving an Operation to the US |

Lucky for the United States, Square Enix is expanding its horizons. Not only is the company supporting Mircrosoft and the Xbox 360 with games like The Last Remnant, Infinite Undiscovery, and Final Fantasy XIII.
So Square Enix is getting buddy-buddy with all of the developers ... and they might move here themselves. The publisher is planning to beef up the El Segundo, California operation. A new development team is being injected to the previous Square Enix administrative hub in North America.
According to a Square Enix job listing, "We are making an action-oriented original IP game here in sunny Los Angeles. We are looking for motivated master programmers to lay the foundation for a solid development team."
Although the listing didn't get into details for the unnamed action title, but it seems like the title will be available for both the Xbox 360 and the Wii. So if you're looking for a job in this tough economy and you're an expert game designer, the publisher is hiring for a product manager, associate product manager, 3D artist, QA tester, and QA translator at its LA office.
