  Are you ready for an urban sensation? Well get ready you wanna-be DJs.

   

  7 Studios today is taking the lead on making a new turntable-based music game. But, they aren't alone in their quest for glory. They are going to have a partnership with Numark (a DJ equipment company), hip-hop producer Quincy Jones III,  Genius Products and Genco Interactive.

   

   This turntable game is going to be named "Scratch: The Ultimate DJ." As you would be able to imagine, the game is Guitar Hero-esque but instead of little guitars you will be making a manufactured turntable peripheral. Scratch is planning to be released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 the spring of 2009.
