  The Xbox360 is not only for wasting hours of your life away playing with strangers online over Xbox Live! Microsoft recently announced a partnership with "Rock the Vote" that will let you register to vote, vote in polls, and join in discussions about the presidential candidates.

   

  Rock the Vote is an organization that uses the folks that young people like to make them aware of the elections that happen every 4 years. Music artists, actors, and other areas of pop culture are saturated with "Rock the Vote" messages. Xbox Live will be a huge, new venue for Rock the Vote. 12 million users, approximately 20 electoral votes, are all active users on Xbox Live that have yet to be tapped for their voting power.

   

  Not only can Xbox Live users register to vote, but they will learn much more about the presidential candidates making them well-informed users (assuming Rock the Vote doesn't lean left or right... and those promises can't be made).

   

  Now pick up the controller, and go register!
