    Put down your angry pitchforks, Xbox 360 owners! Sony Pictures may not be trying to royally screw you over after all!

     

    Sony is stating that their media collection has not been removed from the Netflix streaming list in order to prevent Xbox owners from watching them. It turns out that Sony Pictures is not a 13-year-old girl.

     

    "This issue is not specific to Xbox or any other individual platform," chirped a spokesperson from Sony Pictures. What it is coming down to is licensing. Sony Pictures is going to discuss licensing matters regarding the distribution of its motion pictures.

     

    Sorry to put a damper on all of the paranoid ranting out there!
