GameRecoil -> -> God of War Movie Director Announced

  If X-Men: The Last Stand made your pants happy, this news will probably set you off again. Brett Ratner, the director of the most recent X-Men movie, is set to direct Sony's God of War movie. Although film adaptations of games might not please hardcore gamers, this one may put smiles on some faces.

   

  Ratner is also going to direct the new RoboCop movie; his directing of God of War was actually announced at a media update for RoboCop. The reason it was done this way was because both movies are going to have the same scriptwriter, David Self (who also scripwriter for Road to Perdition and The Haunting).
