You can use it to create landscapes, towns, characters, weapons, and even dialogue. You can truly make Capital Wasteland YOURS by learning how to use the G.E.C.K..

  You can find the G.E.C.K. Wiki online for tips and tricks; it is a pretty intense customization program so it is understandable that most of you are too much of pussies to know how to use it well.
