Fallout 3 Has an Official Release Date

The post-apocalyptic giant of a game, Fallout 3, has an official release date now. Fallout 3 is going to drop on the US on October 28, 2008 and Europe on October 31, 2008. Now that Bethesda Softworks has made this statement, you can now set aside some hours of your life in October to play the game. If you had a girlfriend, break up with her and get back together on Veteran's Day.

This RPG will take place in a post-apocalyptic nightmare; remnants of nuclear warfare and death will be strewn everywhere. Create and customize your own survivor and run him through the hellish landscape.

Seeing that Fallout 3 is being released in late October, it is right on schedule for the crap-your-pants-scary Halloween marathon that will be on TV. Be prepared to have a high electricity bill in November, seeing that you will be keeping the lights on all night for a month.
