GameRecoil -> -> Dead Space, Scary or Not?

  Although most people would imagine that a game called "Dead Space" that is about surviving a horiffic accident in the middle of deep space and fighting off ghoulies would be scary... most people aren't quie right. Players at first might be afraid their character will end up in dead place in dead space; that illusion is quickly broken after realizing the main character totes around an arsenal that would stop the apocalypse in its tracks. Similar to Resident Evil 4, the amount of ammo and weapons makes the game a little less scary than it should be.

   

  The game should not be faulted too much for this though; the graphics are great and the plot is scary as hell. Sitting alone in a dark room while playing this isn't exactly recommended for the weak of heart, but don't have 911 on speed dial. It is an overall good effort... but I am a sucker for survival horrors.
