Dead Rising: Chop til You Drop in US and EU |

Capcom announced that Dead Rising is going to be out for the Wii in Japan, but this left all Americans and Europeans feeling abandoned and lonesome. However, there is some good news for the Western Wii addicts! Dead Rising: Chop til You Drop is scheduled to be released for the Wii this winter for North America and Europe. The game will use a Resident Evil 4-ish engine for the Wiimote and Nunchuk, making slicing up zombies more fun and interactive.
The only downside is that it looks like there will be less zombie enemies (according to the screenshots being shown), but as to why, there is no definite answer. One can assume that putting it on the Wii and making use of the motion sensor needed a taming down of the action. One person can only handle so many zombies with one Wiimote.
The game will still follow Frank West, the charismatic and abnormally square-jawed photog, in this zombie crisis. He is in the middle of a zombie catastrophie in a small Colorado town. It follows the same idea as the first Dead Rising game. Use everyday objects to slice zombies to hell and back; while you're doing that, also take pictures of the brain-hungry zombs to earn extra points.
