Circuit City Gets Pwned by the Economy |

Okay, bad news: the economy sucks and no one is safe. Circuit City, which is the second largest electronics retailer in the United States, is bankrupt. Yep. It filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The company is planning on closing 155 different stores and lay off 17% of its employees (which is approximately 7,300 jobs).
But on the bright side for us cold-hearted bastards, this might mean some wicked-awesome deals at Circuit City during the holidays. If they need to get rid of their inventory, I'm their man.
