  Square Enix has officially shipped Chrono Trigger to retailers in America; my family is officially going to have a tough time dragging me to Thanksgiving dinner instead of playing this thing.

  
  
  Chrono Trigger is by far one of THE best RPG video games to date and now it is completely remastered for the Nintendo DS. The revamped Chrono game will have all of its original elements, but with the addition of dual-screen presentation, Touch screen functionality and a new addition to the multiple endings of the game.

   

  What was this 1995 SNES game all about, you ask? Well, when a teleportation device malfunctions at the Millennial Fair, a young lad named Crono must travel through time to rescue someone and everyone through the twists and turns of time travel.

   

  Now let me give you some reasons to buy Chrono Trigger and not a sweater for your mom this holiday:

   

  1. It's storyline is the shit; time traveling and multiple conclusions are an expected feature of this game and make it incredibly rich.

   

  2. The music rocks.

   

  3. The battle system is a combination of the Active Time Battle and Tech skills

   

  4. There are brand new dungeons to play in and also a new Arena mode
